Reviews

"I recently purchased an ASA Flight Timer and wish to express how pleased I am with this product. I am retired from the FAA and am currently a search and rescue pilot for the CAP in Colorado. Your Flight Timer has made my job considerably more efficient and manageable. Thanks, guys!"
—Bill Perkins

"I am a value conscious Instrument Flight Instructor and I found this to be by far the best timer available for instrument flying. Nothing else comes close. You will not regret purchasing this over the less inexpensive kitchen timers. Well worth the money. Excellent product."
—Michael Hinchcliff

"Has some features that are a real improvement over most timers, it is a true aviation timer, pretty easy to set, but I wish the clock had a 'lock' on the set so you can't accidentally change it. [Note from ASA: the timer now has a delay built into the set button that will prevent the clock from being changed. However, prolonged depression of the button can allow the clock to be re-set.] It also does not have quartz accuracy, check it each time before you fly. Backlighting is nice and numbers flash when alarm goes off, but NO TIMER MADE BY ANYONE has a audio alarm that I can hear in a noisy cockpit, this one is no better. Might be nice if it had a vibrate feature. Starts and stops like a stopwatch with the button on top."

"I find the ASA timer to be very easy to use in the cockpit. Its operation is quick to grasp and the display is easy to read. I especially like the back light for the display. I would recommend this product to any IFR pilot."
